Char Dham Yatra 2024

May to November

The Char Dham Yatra is the pilgrimage of Gangotri, Yamunotri, Badrinath, and Kedarnath located in the state of Uttarakhand. Badrinath, Kedarnath, Yamunotri, and Gangotri are the most sacred pilgrimage places in Hinduism.

It is said that traveling here not only frees one from sins but also takes them beyond the cycle of birth and death. Due to the presence of all these pilgrimage places in the lap of the Himalayan mountain range, their importance also increases significantly from the point of view of religious tourism.

Yamunotri is the first stop of the Char Dham Yatra situated in Uttarkashi district in the west direction of the Garhwal Himalayas. On religious grounds, first Yamunotri, then Gangotri, then Kedarnath, and finally Badrinath are visited after visiting Char Dham in a single yatra.
