Here is a detailed itinerary for the Kolahoi Glacier Trek:

Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar
Arrive in Srinagar and meet with your trekking guide. Transfer to your hotel and rest for the day to acclimatize to the altitude.

Day 2: Drive to Pahalgam and trek to Aru Valley (11 km)
After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam, which takes around 2-3 hours. From Pahalgam, you will start the trek towards Aru Valley, which is around 11 km and takes around 4-5 hours. The trek passes through pine forests, scenic meadows, and streams.

Day 3: Trek from Aru Valley to Lidderwat (10 km)
Today's trek takes you from Aru Valley to Lidderwat, which is around 10 km and takes around 5-6 hours. The trek passes through lush meadows and forests of pine, fir, and deodar.

Day 4: Trek from Lidderwat to Satlanjan (12 km)
Today's trek takes you from Lidderwat to Satlanjan, which is around 12 km and takes around 6-7 hours. The trek passes through scenic meadows and streams.

Day 5: Trek from Satlanjan to Kolahoi Base Camp (9 km)
Today's trek takes you from Satlanjan to Kolahoi Base Camp, which is around 9 km and takes around 4-5 hours. The trek passes through alpine meadows, moraines, and boulders. You will camp overnight at the base camp.

Day 6: Explore Kolahoi Glacier and trek back to Satlanjan (9 km)
Today is the highlight of the trek, where you will explore the magnificent Kolahoi Glacier and the surrounding peaks. After exploring the glacier, trek back to Satlanjan, which is around 9 km and takes around 4-5 hours.

Day 7: Trek back to Aru Valley (22 km) and drive back to Srinagar
Today's trek takes you back to Aru Valley, which is around 22 km and takes around 7-8 hours. From Aru Valley, drive back to Srinagar, which takes around 2-3 hours.
